Financing Commercial Rehab Projects - Wed May 25Friday, May 13, 2022 Dina Blankenship, CPA, will share first-hand knowledge of financing opportunities available for rehabilitation of historic properties learned from her own commercial rehabilitation project in the Church Street East Historic District. Meri Beth Slaughter, a preservation consultant and historic tax credit specialist, will discuss the challenges and opportunities that state and federal tax credit programs afford.
